Shipping Policy
We will be closed for the holidays between 28th of December and 2nd of January
HOLIDAY SEASON DEADLINES:
ALL ORDERS PLACED ON Monday 12/15 AND LATER ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: There is a higher chance for you to recieve your order before holidays if you're on the west coast. If you want to EXPEDITE your shipping you must do so by phone. We will not accept request for expedited shipping by email or by leaving a note on your order.
Deadline for Canadian Orders is Thursday 12/13
All international orders except Canada are not guaranteed before XMAS starting 12/11/08

GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are processed the next business day.
All orders are sent to the shipping department on the following business day after they were processed.
All orders are shipped by UPS, FEDEX and USPS
Please allow 5 - 6 business days for delivery on all regular orders (unless expedited)
Sometimes delays with the carriers occur due to various reasons, on rare occasions a package might be delayed 3 to 4 days

SHIPPING METHODS
Orders ship by regular ground service (5-6 business days to continental U.S. only)
All Alaska and Hawaii orders will be upgraded to 2nd day air shipment after we call you to confirm the rate.
Expedited freight is available upon request, you must request expedited shipment by phone.
The following are levels of freight service available we will email you/ call you with the price quote, at which point you will have the option on whether to go ahead with your order or not.
UPS 3 day select (ships the next business day to continental US only)
UPS 2 day air (ships the same business day)
UPS Next Day Air (ships the same day)
Saturday delivery can be made upon request, a $20 fee will be added.

REFUSAL OF PARCELS
All refused packages will be charged freight (in the case if the freight was free, we will charge $12 - for ground service, $25 for 3 day service)
All refused packages will also be charged 20% restocking fee.
This does not apply to customers who were specifically instructed by us to refuse the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders are shiped once every week, usually on Thursdays.
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
There is an extra charge for international shipments, we will send you an email with a quote, at which point you will have an option whether to go ahead with the order or not.
Expedited service is available for an extra charge, please contact us by telephone or email for a quote.
